Dunkin'

My partner ordered via Uber Eats 3/24/2022. She received her sandwich and the cheese inside the sandwich still had the LINER PAPER on it. (see picture). Called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Was asked "WHY DO YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER?" Upon letting the rude woman know the reason, another even ruder woman in yhe background says "She's lying there was no UberEats order from this store" (see receipt with the Address of the Store w/day and time stamp) Then Asked for District Manager phone number and was hung up on and now they refuse to pick up. Unacceptable on both in food preparation (disgusting and unsanitary) and customer service. I will be following up with Corporate!

Me my gf and our friend came here for lunch. I had a chocolate glazed donut and a medium ice coffee. My gf had a medium ice coffee with a bagel and our friend had a bagel with cream cheese. A small hot chocolate. The food was good and the floors were clean. The parking lot is small with no drive thru. It has handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance.

When I stop there (not very often) they do not make my speciality coffee the way it should be made, unless you ask for “extra” so that it tastes like it should. And then one of the workers thanks you for NOT leaving a tip! If I could get the coffee the way it should be made I would not have to ask for extra. Maybe the should learn their beverages better.

I love the employees who work here thet remember my order, they are so sweet but the manager is terrible, makes me not wanna go here while she’s working . I’ve witnessed her yell at her employees infront of customers with is unprofessional, no matter WHAT THEY DID. I hope corporate looks into this soon.
