Dunkin'

Today young cashier short,black hair with hair strings on the skin sides make fun of me in a bad hand gesture and faces I never saw something like that in my life ! Manager care less and my coffee was incorrect! I liked the placed because the team is great and fast! but this young lady cross the line been extra lacking of respect!

Our favorite donuts are from that store. Today we went to buy some donuts as usual and I wanted to try the Pumpkin Spice coffee. I’ve tried Starbucks before but I thought Dunkin’ coffee would be better. I asked the cashier if I could have the pumpkin coffe hot and she said yes, so I ordered it. When they gave it to me it was an iced coffee. They said it’s just available iced. The supervisor knowing it was not my mistake did not even try to offer something else. In my opinion, the service was terrible. I had to take the iced coffee and throw it away. No customer service nor empathy at all.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the atmosphere of this Dunkin’ when you first walk in - their renovations are AMAZING! They have the donuts displayed in the glass see through wall which ’makes it MUCH easier to see. Their iced coffees are dispensed from a ‘beer-tap’ lever you find in a sports bar. I wish all Dunkin’s did this so it would be much more inviting to walk in rather than the traditional look all across the country. GREAT JOB GUYS!
