Katy, Cemar, Vicky, and , Samantha are amazing customer service. They are very polite and professional. Katy offered a great Carmel iced coffee was delicious. What a great place to get a pick me up. Love the ambience and relaxing chairs. I love this place it is a must go.

Such welcoming and friendly staff. I was only there for 5 minutes, but immediately felt the warmth of the three employees working. They even called me by name and helped me understand the reward system. So kind. Above and beyond service.

First of all the place is very clean and neat. The coffee and refreshers are great as always I go here everyday and i feel so welcomed by the night crew. Whenever i’m here i haven’t seen anyone having a problem. Everyone here gets along and are organized that it definitely gives out good vibes. It is also an amazing place to study because that’s what Starbucks is known for. And with studying comes free wifi. I would 100% recommend this location to friends and family

I like this location but the reason I’m giving three stars is because it is inconsistent. I mainly order pickup before I go to work or if I want some caffeine during the weekend. It’s a total hit or miss.. i customize my orders adding an extra shot or caramel drizzle (nothing extravagant) but 50% of the time they do not put the extra shots or they put way too much caramel (or not at all). The other 50% it’s correct. I guess it depends who is working, like I said, hit or miss with mobile orders. I can’t speak much about ordering in person. Also, I find a few staff members unpleasant or they seem like they’re in a grumpy mood.

Service is excellent, but I miss the old look when it was more decorated and looked more like a cozy Cafe. I hope Starbucks re-thinks their aesthetic at this location again soon. Otherwise, it's quite nice here.

This is my favorite coffee place ever! I had been a loyal customer to the brand for years, but when I moved to Boyton Beach The crew embrace me with their warm service they offered every single day! Not only to me… I see their interaction with others second to none! Great service! Thank you for being so gracious!

Walked in and greeted by friendly and helpful staff as I used a gift card this year to purchase holiday gifts for friends/family.
I purchased beautiful cups, lemon cake and a coffee, everything was perfect with fast service, pack big my gifts up and making my delicious coffee!

It was very fast service and employees where really nice . I was there early in the morning and it’s a different crowd , older people and then around 11 all the kids are there with there lab tops . Great Starbucks !
