Jersey Mike's Subs

Eventide I come this location . The staff is rude, not listen very about your order. This last visit all my Shore points was gone. I had a least 100 plus points . I don't you those points . Now I only have 26 points . I would love to speak someone in corporate about this situation. I have been Jersey Mike's fan over 10 years. Original from Jersey , now moved Maryland. These experiences have horrible!

So many employees yet no one is doing their job. I came in person to order, gentlemen took my name and everything. I’m waiting, the lady at the counter asks if I ordered so and so I said well I gave my name, still they give me the wrong order. Same with another person there, smh. I come back and wait for my order to finish, time passes and nothing. I come to the counter ask what’s going on time has passed and they all look clueless SMH what is everyone doing??? NOTHING! They gave my order to someone else! I said what’s going on here? Like I’ve literally been waiting and you knew that! I requested a refund because at this point I don’t trust them little kids to make it properly. My suggestion to someone in charge is to send them all home and reevaluate the staff, they’re literally using paid time to fool around and not do what they’re hired to do. Ordered online twice both times after arriving at the time they set orders were not started or completed, music loud, associates basically seemed as though they were having a party and had no sense of urgency. The food is quality, but the service is lack luster and unprofessional in my opinion. They need some supervision...

Food is great but this location can not keep their time promises. Did a mobile order for food today for staff. Ordered at 11am and pick up was 11:45am. They didn't have food ready until 12:15pm. Other people were coming in from mobile orders after our time and we just kept being told they are working on our order. This is completely unacceptable in my opinion. I understand places can have short staff or something happened but this is the 3rd time in a row.
