HORRIBLE SERVICE. I prefer the Laurel Bowie Rd location. They are much more professional. The young man at the microphone before the window was extremely rude and offered no solutions to their being out of what I preordered in the app via mobile order. Then they proceeded to waste my time. They did not give me the information for the manager to complain and the survey I completed meant nothing because I requested to be contacted and was not. I ALWAYS go out of my way to the other location.

Friday morning placed order for coffee, first cashier didn't want to take the order and keep busy with co workers. When reach the window cashier tried to scan the app from close window, when complained, then he opened the window but all the time busy laughing with co workers and didn't pay any attention. This was the third time I got this treatment, the owner & Dunkin Donut franchise should take the notice of this behavior and pay some attention on customer service. Thanks

I ordered a few moments ago, and the person taking my order didn’t even repeat my order back. Understandably so, customer service is not an easy job, but this cashier was very rude in the way she took our order. Not only was my order incorrect she never asked if I wanted my donuts warmed up. After pulling up to the window, and correcting my order I was in a rush so I couldn’t ask for my donuts to be warmed up. My donuts looked like they were thrown in the bag and they were freezing cold. I’m glad I asked for napkins. If I could give this experience less than one star I would. Do better.
