Panera

Had the food delivered, it arrived still hot. The sandwich was completed covered in sauce, it was like a soup sandwich. Not sure if they needed to use up all of their sauce or I was just unlucky. Bread was really good. The green passion smoothie was ok but not worth the price they are asking for, small and the flavor just wasn't there. Apple was fresh and crisp. I've had better experiences so I'll give them this one.

This has to be the worst experience I've had at any Panera in my life. The line was out the door. Not because the place was crowded. Because the place was understaffed. The cashier had the worst attitude and was absolutely a disrespectful jackass. He treated customers as if they were an inconvenience to him. He was rude with everyone. This Jackass should be fired. The place was filthy. The coffee station had 3 coffee containers empty. The cold drink station had no iced coffee. The half and half containers were empty. They forgot our drinks and made us feel as if was somehow our fault. This place needs a good manager. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a disaster.

The service was barely average. The staff was knowledgeable of items. The reason for a poor rating was at service line. I went to the register that was open near the dine in section. I was informed that I had to wait on the take out line. So to my amazement now orders were accepted at the same open register. I spoke to the manager who gave me the dear in the headlights look.

Observation.. So I was having one of those morning where I just had to have some Broc soup. Got inside and was well greeted. My order was taken with precision and on my way I went to the waiting side. As I stood there I noticed that there were individuals (only speaking of employees not guest) who were in mask, like the wonderful girl that took my order and ALL the other crew members - of color or non European background - who were preparing food and serving the guest were wearing mask. However, the two managers (or crew leaders) who was spooning my soup, packing my sandwich and handing my food had NO face covering on but were BOTH in full conversation over one of their lives (yes I was listening). I couldn't help but think how much droplets of conversational spray has been shared with guest that day. PG County is seeing a spike in the new strain of covid, you would think more care is given. We are all out here on a wing and a prayer. Let's do our part to minimize the spread. Still love this location...it's always clean and employees are friendly. Wifi is great and the seating are ample. There is even outdoor seating, and as it's getting warmer around here that is a comfy place to hang out and sip with your friends.
