There's a walk up window where you order. I bought the white/sourdough sliced bread and the rye. I also bought some coco nib shortbread cookies. Both were very good especially when I toasted the sourdough with butter and added jam. Incredibly nice employees, too!

Best bread in Skagit County. Stumbled upon this adorable little town (Edison, WA); and then onto this carb heaven.
They have a little inside area, as well as a walk up window to order bread and treats. All are made in house.
I o ly picked up a baguette since what’s just had a breakfast prior. The baguette was warm and perfect. Only half made it home.
I disciplined myself not to get any of the cookies, they looked and smelled delicious.
They’re open daily! Go check them out.

Insanely good bakery in the little hamlet of Edison. The kouign-amann is the best pastry I've ever put in my mouth.

Wonderful selection of fresh-baked beads, cookies and a limited selection of pastries. We had a croissant, pain au chocolat and a blackberry hazelnut cake. All very good!

Worth the detour on the way up to Vancouver. Ordered the olive bread, potato bread, kouign-amann and chocolate sandwich cookies. Delish!!! I’m sure the croissants are amazing, but sadly they were sold out. Currently, there is only an option for pick up orders. You can order online.

This place rules. Bread is super fresh and super delicious. Don't forget to order the night before. I bought a loaf of an olive bread and I cherished it for days. The cocoa shortbread cookies are divine.

On the pricier side but you get high quality and flavorful pastries and bread! Love the cocoa nib shortbread!

Quaint, out of the way bakery located in a very small farm town, Edison, off of WA Hwy 11. Indoor dining closed, pick up window open during pandemic. Arrived before noon but most pastries were not available so had to settle for potato loaf, blueberry tart (😋) & some overpriced (package of 8 for $10) tiny cookies (tasty). Good quality deserves 4* but gave 3* because the gal taking my order didn't say hello, ask what I wanted nor offered any recommendations. Besides locals, probably most customers drive in from Bellingham & Seattle. A courtesy greeting and making the customer feel welcome are basics of service etiquette. Made my first & last visit a sour experience. Should have gone to Farm To Market Bakery a few minutes away on Hwy 11.
