We had a late take out dinner. I got there about 10 minutes to close and my food wasn’t there. The manager said that someone picked it already. she acknowledged the mistake and her and her team stayed late to make sure our order was fulfilled.

We also love eating at Costa Vida when we come out to Utah, wish we had some in Massachusetts! Can't beat fresh made tortillas and their ingredients are always fresh as well. I don't know if everything is as good as the sweet and spicy pork because that's all I have ever or will ever get from there seeing as I get it so infrequently and go for just the best option they have. Love the enchilada sauce on it!

Great food! I love their sweet pork burritos and unlike Cafe Rio, you can get them smothered without an extra charge. The food is always consistently good and I’ve never had any issues. The app is pretty great and offers pretty good rewards. If you frequently go here, you can get a free meal pretty quick. They do ask for a tip at checkout even though there’s no table service in case that bothers you.

No complaints on the food but I hope this gets to the manager of the bountiful location.
Today, April 26, I went here for lunch. The food was great and the service was good for the most part. The lady who helped me at the register, I believe her name was lupe or Lola, was very nice and helpful. It seemed she’s in training because she asked for help to the manger/assistant and he was far from nice and willing.
He came to help her with my transaction and threw his phone on the counter as if he was bothered with her request for help. I didn’t catch his name as he didn’t have a name tag or uniform. He’s a fellow with long hair.
I just felt terrible with the way he assisted his coworker and I could see that she felt embarrassed as I stood there. She was nice the rest of the time as I ate there and she was sweeping the lobby in between customers.
Maybe someone else with more patience could be training the new people?
I will go back and I’ll make sure to ask for this nice lady to help me. Thank you

We have been to a lot of locations now and something I love is the authentic feel of the Hispanic workers. I love that they speak Spanish! Good service. Good food. As usual. Baby, toddler and kid shared salad with mom. All loves it! #localfluence

I really enjoyed this place! I've been to both the Cafe Rio's here in Bountiful and both have been horrible. Bad customer service, and always missing food when we spend hundreds for lunch from our company. Decided to try here today and I will be back for sure! Friendly staff and fresh ingredients!
