Good ice cream. I had the dirt cup and it was awesome. A bit pricey, but it's on Pearl Street, so it's not out of line.

Tall man worker with dark hair was so rude! Was making rude comments to each customer as they went to order if they weren’t ready (even tho they weren’t near the area where they take your order yet). On top of that he forgot my order and then gave me the wrong thing. He also made rude comments to a young female coworker. Seems like he should be fired immediately.

What can I say? It's Ben & Jerry's. Who wouldn't want to go to the brick and mortar version of their favorite ice cream. We visit every time we come to Boulder.

Stopped in to this Ben & Jerry's while walking down Pearl St. I was happy to find they had 3 options for dairy-free ice cream. The employees were very friendly and helpful. After a bit of debating I tried the chocolate chip cookie dough dairy-free ice cream. It was delicious. Highly recommend stopping into this Ben & Jerrys before you walk the Pearl St Mall

We stopped by on a last minute decision, during a quick visit to Boulder.
It's Ben & Jerry's ice cream, so it tasted exactly as I expected, but the price was not quite what I expected. We paid $13 for these two small cups of ice cream.
The service was friendly and fast.
But honestly, for the same price as a small cup of ice cream here, I'd rather go to the grocery store and pick up a half-gallon of super awesome Blue Bell ice cream.
