Amaro Bistro

Came here for our Anniversay dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the food. This place delivers the tasty authenticity that you look for in a mom and pop restaurant. We could taste the love! We ordered the halibut, sirloin, and the tiramisu to-go. We also ordered their calamari, which is sauteed, not fried! Everything was packaged well and with convenience in mind. This place is a must try.

Just had the BEST experience eating brunch at Amaro Bistro in Bothell! From the moment we arrived, the servers and staff did an incredible job making us feel welcome, and comfortable. This restaurant is "ready to serve" in a socially responsible way and it shows in the way they practice health standards and racial respect at a high level. Great environment! We felt so safe. All four of us ordered different menu items and each plate looked AMAZING! The flavor, texture, and temperature of my food was spot on and allergen safe. They even made our birthday brunch more special by delivering a flourless chocolate cake serving to our table for a very special friend of ours. Our server, Meredith, was everything! Such a helpful and humble person who cares about what she does! All in all, we had incredible food and felt so valued because of amazing kindness of Amaro servers and staff. What a fantastic experience!

One of the greatest Italian restaurants in the state. I do not like lasagna, but theirs is incredible. I think I have tried nearly everything on the menu at this point. My favorites are the lasagna (of course), cannelloni, tortellini, and funghi pizza. Also, honorable mention to their wine list. I love that the menu has suggestions for what goes with the items.

Amaros and its sister bistro by the gum wall in pike street always get the details right. For bothell in normal times it's the best happy hour in town plus entrees a step above other fine Italian places. Both places have atmosphere but of course different, burbs versus downtown. Patronize both locations!

Very nice brunch and love the fresh pasta. My husband loved the baked eggs and we will be back for sure! I loved the gnocchi. My son ordered the margherita pizza, he normally loves them but said this one was sweet; balsamic was saturated on it and too sweet, and cheese was too strong, not fresh mozzarella. Overall we love this place though and had great service.
