Wouldn't recommend coming to this place for a quick bite. I am a regular subway consumer. Was pretty disappointed when ordered for a foot long and they r being very reserved about the fillings. Definitely felt I didn't get my money worth for the sandwich.

Terrible service. People who came in after me got served over me because it was a simple order. Delivery orders also got priority over me standing there.

Rude staff, won't be coming back anytime soon. The lady messed up my order then accused me of the mix-up. With so many stores to choose from I'll be avoiding this one in future

Normally I had pleasant experience for most of the subways however the staff in Botany branch are very rude and don't care about the minute details requested by customers. The lady was very rude and didn't even entertain to redeem the subway loyalty dollar's
The man also shouted on the new trainee Multiple times, not a behaviour you would expect in front of customers
The order was also messed up as they tried to rush the ingredients, not a pleasant experience as we were surprised by their behaviour

Terrible experience.
Rude attendant kept us waiting for a while and when she was available we were still deciding our order. she started rushing us to order. since there was no one in the queue. horrible service. I do not recommend.
