Stopped in this Dunkin Donuts to get breakfast and copies for the family in my order I had placed it contained to pastries one a strawberry sprinkle donut and a blueberry muffin I have been asked if it was okay to put them in the same bag I kindly requested two separate bags so the donut did not get messed up not only did he not put it in one of the wax papers she had dropped the donut face down in the bag. Also the Frozen coffees were not up to the standards the franchise very disappointed in the service I had received and even my four-year-old daughter looked at the donut and ask it if it got hit by a car

Love this location. The reason for 4/5 is every time I’ve ordered a bagel it tastes stale, too many employees sometimes and at other times not enough. Lastly, there are far too many who hang out in the front who harass you, especially if they think you’re a pretty girl.

Everytime I order from this DD, they forget atleast 2 items and when I call they never answer the phone. I had a big order of 11 items and the Dasher was there for more than 15mins. They told him someone else picked it up.They gave it to a Ubereats person and it was for Doordash. Careless, that was a big order and refused to remake it. I had to cancel.Very unprofessional.

Homeless people. People begging for change, and nefarious people were hanging outside this location... other then that, speedy service and good coffee
