Okay employees. Coffee suffers from two of the 'Big 3' issues with most DD nowadays (burnt taste or weak/watered down or sour aftertaste from staff not cleaning lines enough). Coffee is burnt or watered down. Donuts and sandwiches are good. Convenient location. If you're not a picky DD person then this location might be ok.

Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter & cream cheese. They weren't busy but the service was slow, the butter was nearly frozen, and the bagel was barely toasted and hard.

CAUTION! Coffee is scalding hot while sandwich was barely warm. Customer service is rude. No smiles or thank you. Standing in line, I could not help notice employees talking bad about one another. Not a good place to Get your quick stop items.

This Dunkin’s is the worst. They consistently get my order wrong. It’s 4 ingredients and one of them is ice. Asked for cold brew, even said on the sticker on the side of the cup COLD BREW, she fills it up with original brew. Then acts surprised when the other server has to remake it. Same thing today ordered my usual cold brew with milk and flavor shot, I get a cold brew with no milk. Don’t understand how hard it is to combine ready ingredients into a cup and still get it wrong, but they all want $15 an hr?

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts twice in the last couple weeks. The staff screwed up our orders both times. How hard is it to refill a coffee cup with black coffee? The price for a refill was different both times, neither of which was a reasonable price for a 16oz refill ($2.49 &. $2.69).

Where shall I even start... What a horrendous experience at Dunkin North Station. Big advertisements of frozen drinks which I tried to order but were not there. Yet again the lady at the front spoke minimal English and couldn’t care less about her customers. I asked for a caramel mocha iced coffee and got a regular iced coffee. My friend asked for liquid sugar and however he didn’t get sugar at all. You know what they say America Runs On Dunkin but clearly not this one.

so, reviewing a DD.... because this is probably the worse one ever. did a mobile order of 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks. everything should be in the system that lists out everything. should be impossible to get wrong. every single thing was wrong. made wrong sandwiches and wrong drinks. told them and they gave an attitude and was talking loudly about me in front of me. unprofessional, rude staff. but they at least corrected the order while talking trash about their customer
