I don't get coffee that often but had a terrible experience the rare time that I actually went. The cashier took forever to take my order even though no other customers were there. Finally I found a hair in my coffee when I was almost done with it.
Edit:
After further complaint to cooperate I will change my review from a 1 star to 3. The manager did a good job of reaching out and apologizing for the situation.

Friday morning, before arriving at work I went to buy a coffee but there was no parking lot and when I entered a long line but I waited and nothing is common these days, patience is very important.

Who doesn't like Dunkins? I'm not a fan of the coffee but once in a great while I'll get a sausage egg & cheese in a croissant & a Boston cream donut. So bad but so good.

All the food tastes funny, as in anything hot from the oven has a metallic taste to it order an assortment of dounuts and get a box of all plan donuts.
There has been improvements since I last went. Food no longer has a funny taste and online ordering has been correct across 10 plus online orders so far.
