The atmosphere upstairs was amazing. Chicken parmigiana was great. Drink and desert was also great! Caesar salad and bread were both just ok. Have patience, super busy. Will definitely be back.

This was a lovely, authentic Italian style. Dining experience in Boston's North end with incredible service. Tasty and delightfully strong drinks and enough food. To fill your belly with some to take on period a wonderful place for a fancy day for that special lady in your life. Or fellas.

Another one of DePasquale Venture’s restaurant with great food. At Assagio, seafood dishes were undeniable stars of the menu. The Lobster Fra Diavolo offered an incredibly rich and flavorful experience. Whole Maine lobster melded harmoniously with garlic and Colino tomatoes, creating a dish that's both robust and refined. Meanwhile, the Vongole pasta was nothing short of a marvel. The pasta seemed to absorb the clam’s very essence, making each bite burst with their rich flavors. Not to be outshone, the Truffle Crusted Tuna came seared to perfection. The crust imparted a truffle aroma that subtly elevated the dish, making it more than just another seafood entrée. The Veal Chop, although not as memorable as the seafood, was still worth a mention. Stuffed with Parma prosciutto and Italian fontina, the dish started promisingly with its tender, flavorful first bites. However, as I delved deeper toward the stuffing, the meat became a bit denser and drier than I would’ve hoped. If you're planning a visit to Assagio, I'd highly recommend zoning in on their seafood pasta dishes. Despite a minor misstep with the veal, the overall experience here was exceptional.

Wowww, from start to finish woww. Amazing service, bread was so fresh. The cocktails were balanced and delicious. The meatballs and fresh ricotta were to die for, only qualm is wish we had more because I want that taste in my mouth again. The pasta was top tier, one of my favorite meals in the north end.

What a experience. This place is definitely a Gem. Can’t find a better Italian in the city. The staff was wonderful, the setting was close and intimate. Felt like a family Gathering. The past and seafood was unmatched.
