Burger King

I had an amazing experience at Burger King. I had a quarter pounder whopper meal and my son had a bacon king sandwich. Not only was our food amazing and not soggy or greasy but the customer service at this restaurant is top notch. We don't come here often but we will come back. We dined in and had the most pleasant experience with a front counter cashier named Hannah. She is sweet, hardworking, has an amazing smile, is caring, and really goes the extra mile with her customer service. She came around the restaurant cleaning and asked us if we needed anything, if our food was up to par, and if we did need anything don't HESITATE to let her know!!! THIS GIRL HAS AMAZING SERVICE TO BE WORKING AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! I would never expect to get this level of care any where else. I hope she stays and likes where she works. Me and my son have been having a hard time lately and I cannot stress the breath of fresh air I took with her being so nice. Especially with my son. This girl is amazing. Remember her name, "Hannah". Ask for her if you want things done right 😊

Me and my family came to dine in today and it was amazing. We loved the food, service, and it was very clean for a fast food restaurant. We live in blowing rock so a little away and the first time we came. A nice, young, cashier girl named Hannah took our order, told us the ice cream machine is working again, and asked us to fill a survey on the bottom of the receipt. She was nice to our kids and my mom who is 77 years old and doesn't really get out of the house since dad died. It meant a lot to us when she made her smile. And she also asked us if we wanted her to leave room for cream and sugar. Nobody ever asks us this now a days and it was very nice to see such amazing customer service. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

boone bk has really been there for me these past few months, like no other. might be the only drive thru in boone where i've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get my food. despite their speed, they do not compromise the quality of the food or the accuracy of the service. the fries i get are always fresh out of the fryer, sandwiches bangin', and i've never had to check my bag out of fear they would get my order wrong. (i don't blame restaurants for making mistakes every now and again, i get it, but i have yet to have that experience here). love the #10 and the crispy wraps, the fries turn me into an animal and i mean that in the best way possible.

Wow just wow! Where do I even start??? The food would make anyone's taste buds frolic like a they were in a field of happiness...The service felt like a warm blanket out of the dryer that your grandmother pull out for you on a crisp autumn night...The atmosphere shined bright like sun smiling on you...I will say I will be a frequent consumer at this establishment.
