Burger King

We ordered mobile order and paid by credit card We did not get are order on the drive through when we showed the order number and they said it was not there. On the drive through work absolutely not responsible and respectful personal. They could understand nothing. I tried to said the number on the order desk but they couldn’t understand sixty six. Also they were rude to me. When I came through the manager didn’t say his name and names who were rude. But what I asked him. He how their example couldn’t talk good. He was more rude. When I asked asked for a refund, he refused me. Thus my children were left without lunch and I was without my money. We went to Mcdonals and get our meals without any problems. Better have dinner with clown than with the king. Strongly not recommend this restaurant. Absolutely disappointed.

I don't when this place went this horrible in Customer Service.... Every now and then you crave a Burger and is the only reason to go here and not to a Chik-Fil-A.... Staff are ghetto, rude and 0 manners... I don't think there's any place in Boca with this low level of professionalism, ghetto staff with no manners... I tried 3 times and every time someone different and worse than the one before. No greet, no please, no thank you, no eye contact and humming for acknowledging!

My impossible whopper was absolutely disgusting. I am attaching a picture to this review because I hope this doesnt happen to someone else. It was completely covered in ketchup and mayo and the impossible patty was burnt and hard as a rock. I lost my appetite after 2 bites. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. The only good thing about my experience was the guy at the window was nice.

Went tonight to get food with my family in the drive thru and was not only rushed but the mgr taking the food orders was rude...girl with pink hair handing the orders was nice. The lady with long dark hair and older.....rude. She gives the stank eye too. She needs a new job, she forget she chose this job?
