Warning : Please Avoid This Burger King In Downtown Boca At All Cost Please Go To Their Competition Wendys Down the Road * This Location Clearly Is Paying People To Give Fake 5 Star Reviews, This Burger King Is Horrible Their Ceiling Is Even Leaking In The Inside Of The Establishment. Below Is A Real Picture Of A Burger That They Served Me, Clearly The Burger Is Completely Raw, Also Are Two Pictures Of The Reciepts That Proves That The Burger Indeed Came From Burger King. This Store Has No Store Manager Still To This Day! Here Is A List Of Issues That Went On At This Location 1. Burgers Were Raw 2. Someone That I Had Given The Burger To Didn't Realize That The Burger Was Raw. 3. I Always Break My Burgers In Half Before I Bite Into It. 4. I Realized That The Burger Was Completely Raw. 5. The Burger Was Taken Back To The Location, And A Refund Was Demanded. 6. The Uncivilized Worker That Claimed To Be A Manager, Lied And Said That This Was Not Their Burger And That I Didn't Get The Burger From Burger King. 7. The Uncivilized Worker Also Claimed That Bun Was Different From The Buns They Use. 8. I Then Showed Them A Receipt Proving That I Had Just Left Their Establishment 20 Mins Prior And The Receipt Proves It. 9. I Then Took Out My Phone And Started Recording The Situation. 10 This Burger King Called The Police On Me And Lied About The Whole Situation. 11. Burger King Refused To Give Me A Refund Even Though I Brought Back One Of Their Burgers And The Receipt. 12. I Then Left Before The Cops Even Got There Due To The Fact That All The Cops Are Going to Do Is Say Its A Civil Matter. 13. I Then Called The Complaint Hotline And Found Out That This Burger King Is A Franchised Owned Location , They Would Not Give Me the Owners Information. 14. Some Uncivilized Person Called Me Back who Was Not The Owner, And She Was Very Ghetto, And Didnt Apologize And Didn't Offer Anything Free To Fix The Situation At All, Also I Never Got My Refund. 15. If I could give zero stars I would. My food was dumped into a bag without being wrapped properly. By the time we got home the contents were all over the place. I gave the burger to my dog & the fries were a soggy mess so they were thrown away. Quite a waste but I didn't have a choice. I will not return. I suggest the staff have better training or perhaps find another job!

So this is my regular Bo that I go to since it’s closest to my work and home. Unfortunately one day I was in Pompano Beach and placed a mobile order using lots of my Royal Perks points and the Pompano BK owner wouldn’t accept it and refused my order. I contacted BK through the app and they refunded all my RP points and I went to this place, placed the same order and got it with no issues
