I had never heard of this place before a friend invited me to lunch. The minute you walk in the door you are hit with the smell of the roasting chicken over the flaming Brazilian Oak logs. I love that that their chicken has not been injected or fed any hormones or chemicals. If you are looking for healthier fast food then this place is a good choice. I opted for for the pulled barbecue sandwich with a side of coleslaw. The chicken meat wasn't pulled so much as chunked but it was still a good sandwich. I have had better at actual barbecue places but it was still enjoyable. I could have also opted for a grilled chicken sandwich or the chicken salad. The coleslaw was different than any kind I have had before. It did not have a mayo base but instead was more like a cabbage salad with a vinaigrette dressing. I am sure it was much healthier than vegetables drowning in mayo. Other sides I could have chosen included cucumber salad, macaroni and cheese, and fruit. A sandwich and a sweet tea came to around $10 so the meal was a good value. The abundance of healthy choices and affordability will probably inspire me to come back and check out more of the menu.

We go here at least once every 2 weeks. It's a local chain with 7 locations. The staff here gets top scores, they are always smiling and friendly. The food is great. Try the gazpacho soup! The chicken is juicy and flavorful. My wife loves their chocolate chip cookies. Listen when your order is placed, it's like an old school short order cook.

The food is excellent and would have given 5 stars but for this. I ordered 1/4 chicken which comes with 2 sides for $6. The friendly lady asked if i wanted white or dark to which i replied it didnt matter. She called back white and then opened up numerous containers for me to pick 2 sides. I got to the register and it was over $8 where I then found out that white meat is $1 up charge and mac-n-cheese was 75 cent up charge. Bogus and told her she shouldn't spend people's money without telling them. She replied "But you said it didn't matter what kind if meat" to which I said again you don't spend people's money without telling them. Bogus up selling and quite wrong. I chose dark and changed my sides. Don't know that I will come back I hate deception.

When I lived in the area I would go to this place at least once a week. Chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce instead of mayo, side of carrots and green beans, oh and of course their chocolate chip cookies. So so good! It was the last thing before I moved out of state and it will be the first thing I eat when I go back to visit.
