I gave them chance for 3 times. 3 mistakes. Today they didn’t have Donut that I ordered. REALLY?! This is a Dunkin DONUT!!! I had to quickly pick up and go. Once I sat down to start drinking my Americano Coffee, I realized taste different. I opened the lid and I saw they only gave me the almond milk and there is no coffee in it!!! Never going back again!!!

My order of a Sourdough breakfast sandwich and a coffee was taken quickly and prepared likewise. Bread was fresh and bacon and egg was good. Great cup too ! 👍

I live 5 minutes away from this Dunkin & I refuse to come to this location. I used to come every day & got the same exact thing and they messed it up every. single. time. So I quit coming here & now I gladly drive to mason montgomery location since an iced caramel latte w/ an extra espresso shot is too complicated for the employees here. Absolutely horrible.

I typically don’t like Dunkin, but really needed a coffee so I came through the drive through. The two ladies working today at around 1pm made me the best coffee and sandwich I’ve ever had from there. The lady who took my order was very sweet as well!

I understand that you’re short staffed but it would be nice if you didn’t yell at your customers that you’re doing drive through only. Some politeness and an apology for the inconvenience would be nice. The current situation is hard on workers, yes, but also hard on customers who are having to constantly deal with the unexpected.

Very, very filthy!! I saw a drive-thru crew gluing to his phone, not bother to clean up the mess. Another crew was just picked up bagel crumbs and ate. I ordered macchiato, and it tasted terrible! Never again. 😠
