Pizza Hut

Went in there to order pizza. They would not take our order. It had to be online. There were no customers in the store. Only pickup. How in the world do they pay the bills? Anyway, we ended up going over to Motherbears pizza. What a perfect alternative. Their pizza was great! Their parking lot was full. There inside seating was 30 minute wait, and well worth it. In my opinion, pizza hut might as well close. Their management obviously isn't in it to sell goods to the public! I would not want to be the owner of that pizza hut location, at least the west 3rd location! I usually find good in every thing. Not here sorry!

EDITING THIS POST AGAIN!!! still never got refunded the almost 30$ we paid for NO delivery. We can never get anyone on the phone to talk to about it. 30.00 may not seem like a lot to some but right now....we would love to have our money back! I'm over this place Ordered 2.5 hours ago. Still don't have the pizza. They transferred me to a store to get reimbursed. They are not answering. Tried at least 7 or 8 times. Not thrilled! Edit: thank you for your response. I know how short staffed places are. I work at Kroger. I really don't mean to be a Karen. I'm glad I got hold of someone to get money back. Greatly appreciate it!

I’ve received delivery pizza ranging from absolute trash to delectable treasure and this last delivery from PH was 👩‍🍳👌🏻💋 perfection. I wasn’t home when the delivery took place, but my boyfriend was and I can only assume the driver took great care based on the pristine condition the pizza was in when I got to it. It was made precisely to my specifications and was one of the best pizzas I’ve had delivered in recent memory. Service industry/kitchen/delivery jobs can really suck, so I truly appreciate this perfectly executed pizza experience. Y’all killed it. Our pizza never showed up! We called the store, and they would not answer the phone. After calling the store for over an hour and a half, they finally answered my call. They said that the delivery service that they use did not pick up the pizza for delivery. By this time, we no longer wanted the pizza and ate dinner at home. We requested a refund of our money, and the employee said the manager comes in at night to settle the till and that she would need to do the refund. Well, it is the following day and I have still not received my refund. Thanks for a bad experience, Scott

I ordered a single large pizza for delivery since I didn't have my car today. I ordered at around 4 pm. It's now encroaching 6:30 pm. I checked the delivery tracker, and its been stuck at 30 minute delivery wait for about an hour now. I went online and saw all these reviews about long wait times, cold, and not answering the phone. Sure enough, the phone wasn't picked up. I called 25 times to try to cancel my pizza so the driver wouldnt come all this way. As I'm writing this, I still have not received my pizza. I live less than a mile away! I get being short staffed, but for a single pizza, this is ridiculous. When the driver does come, they will still get a decent tip, but I'm going to be contacting someone about this. If you don't have the staff for a location, you need to warn your customers about the wait times! I hope to goodness my food doesn't arrive cold, but at this point, I don't have high expectations. EDIT: pizza never came! My order was confirmed online, and shows it was made, but never delivered. Pizza hut email even sent me an email asking how my service and food was. Well, obviously, not great. Dont waste your money here. Go to Pizza X or Avers.

I ordered hours ahead of time for a 6:30 delivery. And I live less than 5 minutes away from the store. And my order shows up after 7pm. I tried to call the store 3 timesto see what was the status of my order to only be hung up on each time. Food was not hot. I understand everyone is short staffed and busy. But I figured wrong with ordering way ahead of time it would be on time and was wrong. Also the bread sticks were not cut...had to cut them myself. Otherwise the rest of the order was correct.

This pizza hut needs to lock their doors and go home. This use to be a great place. We took big church groups here. Now you can't even walk in, order a pizza and take it home. I tried to yesterday. They told me they were only taking orders for delivery, I told them that was ridiculous! I live in Greene Co so they don't deliver here. Won't ever go back!

Waited a couple hours and no food. 6+ unanswered calls later they said they would bring my food and a little while later they did but they forgot my main dish. They said they were going back to get it but never came back and wasn’t refunded. Also anytime in the past I’ve ordered and tried to call (because there is always an insanely long wait regardless of time of day) I never get an answer, the phone rings until it automatically hangs up on me.
