A great menu selection even for diet restricted peoples. Always made fresh, and ready in a reasonable time frame. Staff have always been pleasant, and chatted at check out.

Today opened his restaurant on a closed Monday to honor my request to cater for 25 people. The food was excellent and the customer service above expetations. He really cares about his customers.

We've always had a good experience at China Star. The owner is incredibly friendly and finds excuses to throw in extras. Plus when the kids are with, he's quick to slip them some fortune cookies. My wife is gluten intolerant, and she doesn't get sick from things on their gluten free menu.

Carry out but was surprised at the quality of food. I think in the future I would order ahead on their app but overall a great experience.

I absolutely love your food China Star ❤️ a friend told us about chi family express so we agreed to have dinner from there tonight it was different but not as good as China Star we will definitely not switch

This is literally the best place to eat in town. Everything is always so fresh and made with love. Definitely a go-to for me, super homely.

*Tried it again. Was better this time. Hot & Sour soup broth was delicious but the overcooked tofu in it was unpleasant. Paid extra for pork in the soup but that wasn't very good. Best to go with ordering the soup the way they make it. Other than that our entrees were hot, fresh, and delicious! We had General Toas chicken and Garlic Chicken.
New to the neighborhood and picked this up tonight.
Unfortunately it wasn't very good. Soggy pork fried rice with maybe 1 piece of pork, not much in the hot and sour soup, and soggy vegetables. Not much meat in the entrees. Disappointed and will try other restaurants. 25-30 years ago it was difficult to find a bad Chinese restaurant but now it seems the norm. Not worth the price.

The owners are so nice! Food is good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for quick dinner. No dine in...not sure if it's due to covid or just prefer take out (there are tables but are covered with miscellaneous items.)
