Mcdonald's

Blakely Ga: I was supposed to get a double cheeseburger with onions and extra pickles and they failed to satify me. Most of the ones who works there has little to no training. The employees are disrespectful and does not do their job right. A few months ago, i ate some fries from there and got sick because they didn't cook them long enough. Also, it's very hard to get any service from them because they will not allow people to walk in.

The customer service here needs some serious improvement. There is no reason why two team members have to ask the cashier to take my order and I still be ignored, without a "we'll be right with you ma'am". I understand you get busy and may be short staffed, but if you have time to stand around and talk to your friend about who's coming to a family get together. You have time to TAKE MY ORDER ( What you're being paid to do) Im not even from here, so I'm not sure the reason for the attitude or disregard. The heavy set young lady Jasmine needs some more training or a new job. The food was as much as could be expected from McDonald's. Coming from a manager, this was unacceptable behavior.

Very unprofessional couldn’t even get in our order without every word she kept saying (anything else) after every word we said.. then got to the window and told us they gave our order away then we asked for a refund then then they all of a sudden had our food.. very unorganized and nasty.. I will never be back worse place to stop at.. makes me grateful for the place back home.. the boy at the window look like he needed desperate help he look so sad.. But that’s all thought I would share my experience and they tried to give us fried cookies didn’t even know it was a thing..

Before they Hire new people I had gotten a racial slur so I haven't been in a while...So I started back going and Everytime I go they always mess up my order well everyone makes mistakes.But when I went today my family and I.. there was no sign up stating hey no customers come in go through the drive thru well we already ordered inside and they were like why they in here and this and that getting a attitude and looking at us a way where we don't feel comfortable...The lady mentioned that the cash register was messed up inside but we ordered off that tablet thing and we told her we have a card she like do whatever you want to but y'all shouldn't be in here and saying rude things..sorry not sorry but y'all have lost mine and my family's customer service...Not a place I recommend to eat at.Also when I often go in there to order they tryna see who gonna take my order and all and I stand there patiently waiting why they talk about what they doing on the weekends and all but couldn't take my order half the time I hope this place shuts down or gets someone better to run the place and make a difference bc this is unacceptable.
