Food was excellent and the service was decent. Its a fabulous location as well, situated in a beautifully converted Victoria era primary school. The decor is contemporary but fitting in well within such an old building. My only gripe and the reason for only 4 stars is that the food took a very long time to arrive, main course especially. We finally got the mains an hour after ordering. Not sure if they were a chef down, but it's a long time to wait for your food. However, on receiving it, it was excellent so certainly made the wait easier to deal with.

Loved it tonight. Not been for a long time because standards had slipped. But tonight was fantastic. Food waa great, service was swift, ambience great. What an improvement. Nothing was too much trouble. My waiter Norton was professional, pleasant and on point with get us served on time. The new set of waiters that were on tonight were just brilliant. I will be going again. Than you Norton.

I came here again recently on a Monday afternoon. (Come here every 4 months) We were the only customers, along with two People at the same table. The food took 40 minutes. When it finally came, my father's pizza had fluff on the bottom. Everyone else was fine. We told the waitress, who was very apologetic. She even gave us a discount. When my dessert arrived, guess what? More fluff! Yay! We told a different waitress, both of them alerted the chef again, both times, the chef pulled a face at them and shrugged his shoulders. Apparently, it was the oven. We were disgusted as he never apologized.

Pretty good range of Italian dishes in this good yet predictable. You'll get what you're used to if you've been to offer Prezzo restaurants. It's tasty & well cooked. Other than the garlic bread that was served with Nutella in error for my daughter's dessert! However it was quickly put right. Good range of dishes & drinks. Decent customer service too. All round a good place for a family Saturday lunch.

We booked a table of 10 for my birthday and had a really enjoyable meal. There were 7 adults and 3 children. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and accommodating. They were also very good with the kids. We all had starters and mains and all the food was delicious with good portion sizes. Only a few had room for deserts but these were also very good. Conclusion, great food, great staff and great value. We will be back.
