I used to never have problems coming here but lately most of the employees (especially in the evening) are rude. My food is always gross and tastes old.
I tried to come here a few weeks ago at night and they said it would be a 10-15 minute wait to order. I didn’t want to wait that long so I left. As I was leaving there were two older ladies with headsets on outside the building smoking, I’m assuming taking their break. I know there’s a pandemic and places are short staffed, but why was this place open if there were only two people working? No wonder these poor people are grouchy all the time.

Online order Pickup said it would be ready by 5:38, yet we are still here almost 40 minutes later waiting while everyone that came after us has already gotten their food and left. Then I was brought out a partial order and they didn't even know what I ordered. I realize every one has a shortagebwith workers and/or supplies but I have a hard time thinking it takes this long while everyone else has been served a whole lot quicker.

The owner is complete trash who doesn't care about the store or who she employs. One of her managers lost my daughters pay card. A new one was ordered but we needed the numbers from the old card to transfer the money. This so called manager found the card in her car. There was a huge mess for months of them putting money on the wrong card. Why was the card in her car? Why did it ever leave the store? Absolutely nothing happened to this manager. She should have been fired on the spot. Or the fact that she has a faulty safe and doesn't fire the person who steals but makes the managers pay it back even after said person admitted to it. She eventually moved to another store. Please for the love of all that's holy shut this place down. They never have food to sell anyway. If she's reading this she can feel free to call me. I'll be glad discuss the improper ways she handles her stores.

The employees who take orders need to be trained to take orders with respect and patience. Customer service is imperative to the success of any business. I decided to drive away and pay for food at a restaurant that values its customers.

Is this locations staff trying to tank this restaurant?! One car ahead of me waiting, I was told there would be a 25 minute wait for a 10 piece meal, and they were out of extra crispy. 25min wait when the chicken only takes 12-15min to fry fresh?! OK, fine, I'll wait. The cashier sounded shocked that I said I'd wait. So I pull around to pay, there's 2 staff outside smoking next to the door, and once it started to rain, they went to their car to smoke. Appeared that only one staff was left inside and she was running the drive thru turning car after car away. What a huge loss of business! I get that workers get breaks, but why send 2 out of 3 staff working to break at the same time? At the 30min mark I called the store to find out how much longer for my food, nobody answered. At the 35min mark I finally got my food brought to my car. I got home and was missing a gravy and the chicken was mediocre at best. Last week I went to this location for a chicken meal and was told there would be at least a 15min wait, in which I chose not to wait. Why are the waits for chicken so long when cars are steadily pulling into the drive thru to order? Is this fast food now frying to order? If so, I could just go to a sit down restaurant. I'm just baffled, no other KFC around is like this. Plus the indoor dining is closed, doors are locked. I'm a local but will not return. Extremely disappointed.

I paid $30 for a 10 piece meal. It was 6 wings 1 leg and 3 breast. Biscuits were old and hard. Person at drive thru gave me a hard time because I went to the window and not the speaker although I ordered online and there was a big sign right there saying skip the line order online. She was talking to me face to face and said they wouldn’t know if I was there or not, she was looking at me.

I wasn't really impressed with this place. The food was good but greasy, it's fried chicken so I know it's supposed to be a little greasy but there is a thing as too much. Also the speaker at the drive thru didn't seem to have a clear sound. I wish the lobby was open but I understand if they can't get enough help. Overall okay

There was a dark hair at the bottom of the biscuit box. Want to post a pic but it won't let me. Food was also horrible! The mashed potatoes tasted like box mashed potatoes and the coleslaw was dry... Never be back again! Oh and because they didn't have enough employees their lobby was shut down. If u paid ur employees better people would want to work there smh...
