Satisfaction Buffet

This was very nice. Right on the strip of the majority of casinos. There's a parking garage and elevators. No children are allowed in the casino or even going through to get to the candy shop. There's several gift shops, a Hard Rock cafe of course, and plenty of memorabilia. Love the giant guitar outside. There are eating establishments before entering the casino in case kids or others don't want to go into the actual casino. There's a pizza place and others. The casino is spacious and people weren't crowded around each other. There's a bar inside the casino as well. Glad we chose to stop by while visiting.

I really wish there was a 3.5 option. The hotel is clean, nice and safe. I upgraded to a better room, only to be put right next to the elevator on a low floor. Obviously the hotel wasn't busy, big miss for them not to put people in better room when business is low. I will say the kig suite is sweet. The view, from the lower floor was good. Would be great from a high floor.

The Hotel Room was beautiful. A little strange set up with the bathroom in Royal Tower, but I heard the Platinum Towers were even stranger, so ask first. The entire place was exciting. Loved loved The Sugar Factory especially with 9 &12 yr olds with us. Food was excellent at The Hard Rock Cafe, with usual food choices. Predictable selection @ HRC, but there were other restaurants to chose from, so it was fine. Didn't win @ the Casino but that's expected. The large pool on the shore was amazing. Gorgeous view with attentive food and drink service. The pool side restaurant had a nice selection. We wish we had booked a longer stay, and will be headed back some time. The weekdays were great for the kids, but as Friday Night came around, there was definitely a party crowd and atmosphere, which is a good reason to pick Hard Rock. Check out the guitar at the Cafe that was found in the Gulf of Mexico after Katrina hit.

Loved it... Rooms were very nice & clean... Staff was so nice... The young lady at the desk for check in was an absolute sweetheart... Enjoyed my stay & even won a lil pocket change :) I will be going back & its my favorite casino... The only complaint & why I didn't give a 5 star was because the shower didn't work properly & it leaked into the floor... Also the bathroom door wouldn't open or close properly... Like it was off the tract... It was my first time staying there... I don't like yo complain... But the lady at the desk was very kind & said next time let them know & they would fix any problem we may have...

We Stayed in the Platinum level in the hotel for 2 nights The room joining ours had the music so loud that we couldn't enjoy our stay We had fans and it was so loud that the fans didn't drown it out I called the people at the desk where you check in 5 times They kept saying that they would send security but didn't send them until later the last night we were there . One of the lady's said that there was someone staying in the room but there wasn't . She said that some people come to relax and listen to music . But it was so loud All night the first night that no one could have been listening and relaxing . I ask for a room when we checked in that would be quiet and no neighbors and the little guy put us on the 9th floor at the end of the hall and we still had to listen to LOUD music . Security finally came the last night and went into the room and turned it either off or down real low . We have stayed before and never had a problem We go every year when the shrimp boats are running to buy shrimp We drive 4 hours and stay in the Hardrock because it is so convenient . This was probably our last visit We had a miserable trip this time
