Just to mention to anyone looking to book this first rate restaurant there is presently a closed for refurbishment sign with no other details as to a reopening date. Hope its not too long as its always well worth a visit.

Not sure if these people leaving bad reviews have mistaken this restaurant for somewhere else, I love this place and the staff are wonderful!
The food is simply, incredible.
You can pick ANYTHING from the menu here, and you won't regret it.
The hardest part of visiting each time is deciding which one of my favourite dishes I have to choose over another!

We booked on Christmas Eve on the off chance, we had never been before. We had a lovely meal and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend to friends and we will go back.

Tonight I visited Amico for a Christmas Dinner for Billericay Round Table amd Billericay 41 club. There were 51 of us in total and the restaurant and staff could not have been more helpful. We did pre book this. The food was amazing and served in good time. The staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Can not fault the service. Would highly recommend.

Just enjoyed another great meal at this gem in the High Street. I have been a few times and food is excellent as is the service. Fantastic Italian cuisine looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again for an amazing lunch

We originally planned to visit Amico on Thursday 23 Sept to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. But as she wasn't feeling up to going out we decided to order a takeaway from the restaurant instead.
There were 9 of us and i have to say the food was superb. It arrived in good time and was hot. I had the pasta ravioli while my wife had seafood pasta and we agreed it was the best pasta we've had in a long time. . Will definitely book a table at Amicos next time we are in Billericay
