Kfc

Ordered Doordash from them and my order was so disgusting... it was a big doughy mess. Couldn't even pick up a piece without the breading coming off. I paid extra to have it delivered as a hot mess! And I keep calling and the phone is off the hook.. or they are getting so many complaints that the phone is always busy. The district manager needs to be fired as well as the RGM because they aren't doing their job. My first written complaint about the KFC in Big Spring... but they sure have messed up alot of my orders in the past. The workers are just hanging outside with the phone off the hook and lobby closed! And when I took it back they told me to go to a parking spot when I refused... they said they were calling the police. A full refund is due to me

I hadn't been to KFC in about 3 years. I decided to go in yesterday. I looked at the menu to see what I wanted to eat. After ordering I tried to give them a $100 bill but was rudely told that they couldn't take it because the meal was less than $50 when there was no signs or anything for the bigger bills and even had the lady roll her eyes at me when I asked why. The food I got was cooked but still had raw batter under the fried layer. I had to peel the skin off just to even attempt to eat my food, there was no ice in the machine and she didn't even tell me that just waited till I tried getting ice to tell me. On top of that you could hear them talking about another employee and how they parent while laughing about it, all the way in the far end of the lobby where i was sitting and they were in the back of the kitchen and comes to find out the lady who took my order is the general manager if they have someone like that as a general manager then I feel so sorry for the employees she is rude and very unprofessional and they really need to rethink who they have running that store because she does not look mature enough or even professional enough to run the place!!!! I am so disappointed in KFC they really need to rethink her position as general manager!!!!!

They give you old food and their customer service sucks. There's a manager there that will not let you know her name. But she has this big ugly tattoo of a flower that's yellow. She is the most awfulest manager anybody can have. They made a mistake making her a manager. Kfc has falling so far down into the worst chicken ever.
