Dunkin'

My friend and I took a trip to Dunkin' this morning for a coffee break. We did two separate transactions in one car which could be overwhelming but the cashier handle it patiently clarifying each order. There was a special offer through the DD perks to get a free medium coffee with a purchase today as well. My friends app decided to login her out once we got to Dunkin' and the internet wasn't allowing her to get back in. The cashier named Kathy whom I believe is the shift leader was sooo kind to us as we pulled up to the window. She was able to scan something allowing my friend to get the free drink without the use of her app! Being college students we value saving every penny we can especially on coffee and I couldn't be more grateful for such wonderful costumer service my friend and I got at this Dunkin' Donuts location! highly recommend!

the people here are extremely nice but also extremely forgetful in what they are supposed to make. i understand some days are busy but come on i ordered a simple sandwich, grilled cheese with bacon toasted, it wasn’t toasted at all it was just the break, cheese was barley melted, and NO BACON!! everytime i want this sandwich i say bacon bc personally i like it better like that. and when they don’t put the bacon on but still charge me for it it gets old pretty fast. one of 2 times sure whatever. but this happens all the time. TW - i have an ed so when i finally wanna eat somthing and i get it and it’s not even what i wanted i don’t end up eating it. ik it’s a dumb thing but it’s not that hard to make what ppl ask for. it’s your job.

I just went thru the drive thru, indeed 2 sourdough, bacon, 2 egg, cheddar sandwiches and the girl said turkey sandwiches? I said, no, sourdough, bacon, 2 ......she interrupted me and said I know what's in the sandwiches. Well let me tell you, my husband and I drove off and opened our sandwiches and we got sausage sandwiches!!!. Not what we wanted to eat!!

I rarely go anywhere these days, but this drive-through window is the one stop I make with my kid after our weekend adventure in nature. Two times I've made a pit stop there on a Sunday afternoon recently, and both times they only had 1 Beyond patty left, so only one of us could have a sandwich. Inexplicable why they can't seem to stock more Beyond burger patties.

This location has gone down hill the last few months. The drive through line DOESN'T MOVE, the orders are wrong and they can't seem to figure out the difference between skim milk and cream. I realize it's just a coffee shop but honestly, I expect more...at the very least I expect to get what I paid for.

Idk why but almost every time I go to the North Beverly location, I order thru the drive thru...speaking clearly into the speaker and every time I get to the window my order is wrong. I'm sorry, I worked at a coffee shop for 8 years. There's no excuse as to why it's always wrong. It's a touch screen system. Very annoying. Y'all need to step it up
