Dunkin'

I don't really expect much from a Dunks to be perfectly honest and am writing this review with that standard in mind, but the service here was seriously awful. I ordered two hot Americanos. No food or anything more complicated than espresso and hot water. Wait was almost 10 minutes while I was glared at by three people who were all very grumpy in an empty room with no other orders. The next day we went to the "What's Brewin' Cafe" that was right next door instead. Ordered the same there and waited less than 30 seconds to have a more delicious beverage handed to me by very friendly staff despite the wait. Get your coffee and food somewhere else.

The only failure in this store is Daryl and Roy Serpa. I regularly visit the store and can instantly tell if one of the "bosses" is in. Customers are upset, daryls has the employees running around doing pointless tasks while there is a line, and ignores customers when they ask him direct questions. On days when hes not there customers are happy, the line is fast, and the coffee and employees are perfect. If this is closed, its due to the negligence of the franchisees and not the devoted crew.

Dunkin donuts is screwing us we go there every single day of our lives right and year they have the app will you get 200 points in he get one free and that's not enough like between every Dunkin donuts lover I you know we really really should be getting cheaper prices if you are a regular customer rate and you go there every day maybe sometimes twice A-day then I to VIA different Canada unken donuts God you know will you pay half price for everything if they save you come me a 7 days a week in OU you get there I half price discount cut because we support them and to let everyone else know Starbucks is actually cheaper than Dunkin donuts not More expensive like everyone says
