I had a wonderful my meal at Seabutter. Quality of the food was excellent and the selection was impressive. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Price point matches the quality and service. A very chill atmosphere with good music!

I love Seabutter. Amazing food and the people who work here are incredibly friendly and courteous. It's an absolutely fantastic institution. Sexy Albacore may be my favorite on the menu, but you really can do no wrong.

Decent sushi with different roll options but was expecting a bit more flavor and quality suggestive of the restaurant name for something near Beverly Hills. This restaurant is more of a lunch place not a high dining sushi experience. Most of the dishes are fusion. Pressed sushi is decent but falls apart unlike other restaurants with decent pressed sushi. Aburi style flamed sushi is a standout. I highly suggest not getting the 911 roll - extremely spicy beyond measure. My lips are still burning hot as I write this review.

Really good sushi and really good service. The outside isn’t nice, you have no privacy from the street or when people park, it’s right there against your table.

Former Crazy Fish location on Olympic off Doheny in BH. Quite busy on a Friday night during DineLA week. Friendly service. Nice plating and presentation. However the main ingredients, all the raw pieces (we had uni, yellowtail, salmon, oysters, kanpachi, tuna, toro, albacore etc) are not so fresh. The fishy taste lingered in my mouth afterwards. DineLA menu $99 which is their regular "omakase" item on the menu. We ordered a la carte and ended up paying the same per person but more pieces. Avoid the pressed sushi which tasted funny - not the typical sushi rice taste. We all didn't like it.

A Japanese sushi experience. Simple and true flavors that showcases quality ingredients. We had a variety of dishes and all of them were great. The cucumber salad was the freshest I've ever tasted, with a slight hint of vinegar. The spicy tuna over crispy rice was awesome and the salmon skin hand roll was the best I've ever had. All of the other sushi was great. On top of all of this, It's all priced so you can order a variety of things and not break the bank. If you're in the area, make sure to check this place out... You'll make it part of your rotation for sure.

My boyfriend and I discovered this place driving around after 10pm looking for something open. I’d never guess that some random sushi restaurant in a strip center would become my absolute favorite. The food is superb, high quality, and delicious. But what really solidified the overall experience was our precious waitress Yukino. She was an absolute sweetheart, had really great menu recommendations, and such a genuine and kind demeanor. She’s probably more than half the reason we come back on our weekly date nights. I highly recommend requesting her as your server. If you have a sweet tooth, ask her for her authentic Japanese treat (which is off menu). I feel like a VIP every time I dine at Seabutter!

We had the Taste of Seabutter dinnee. The food came out too fast and I felt a bit overwhelmed. Other than that, the service was great and the food was delicious.
