Just by the Transport Interchange & Hull's biggest shopping centre so good location, Nice outside space, always busy. Happiest singing Barista I've ever met! Classic coffees & range of snacks, from toasties to delicious apricot croissants. Slightly overpriced as these places always are! Good coffee though, try the Cortado!

Served by a lovely ginger gentleman, couldn’t have asked for better customer service, opened the door for me on my way out! Drinks were fantastic, along with the service!

We visited today and needed to use the toilet fascilities......the ladies were thoroughly disgusting. The toilet seat had ground in dirt round the rim. The cleaning rota hadnt been filled in for yesterday let alone today......but the dirt …

My favourite stop for a coffee whilst out shopping with my Boyfriend. Great coffee, great cakes & pastries. We love it. Nice savoury items too. Dogs are welcome in Caffe Nero which is excellent.

My mum and dad went yesterday, and they are not ones for moaning, but they were absolutely disgusted! and it wasn’t fresh/daily dirt….. it was ground in filth. You couldn’t tell the taps were even chrome It didn’t help that the two male staff menders were more interested being on their phones…
