Pizza Como

We used to love going here and ordering out. Used to order almost once a week, if not once every 2 weeks. Lately the food just hasn’t be good. We often order delivery. I have called to let them know about our order mistakes and have been told “Well you can bring it back”. It was delivery for a reason. I understand mistakes happen and food may not be ‘up to par’ when arriving to you home but it was not always like this. Breaded mushrooms are soggy. Pizza burnt. Wings not complete done, cold center. Antipasto salad used to be one of my favorite items. Now it comes with few toppings. For example I ordered it without onion and received the salad with out tuna(sucks cause I do like the tuna that is supposed to come with), they did not add onions(woo), but they did add avocado and hot peppers. I did make sure I didn’t accidentally click to add them, which I didn’t. When ordering there, the bartenders are pretty cool though! Just wish the food was better.

Oh boy this one was rough. Honestly the waitress was a sweetheart and very on point which is why I gave two stars but man was the food bad. Not only was it not good, ALL the food was lukewarm at best and some was cold. I went with 5 other people and we ordered a bunch of different wings and fries and all the wings were barely room temp and the fries were all cold. My buddy went a week ago and all the food was good and hot so I’m not sure if it’s cook dependent but, considering this was my first experience here, I would have a hard time coming back again.

The food is ok but the customer service is horrible. The lady that answers the phone is rude and when you arrive to pick up your food they act like no one is there and continue on with their conversation until they feel like helping you. If you want to eat here make sure you don’t call your order in. Just order online for delivery so you don’t have to deal with the rude staff.
