The food is consistently good here. We have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for over a year. The wait time is never more than 15 minutes. The food is always piping hot. They include silverware and are generous with the condiments. They are usually open when more restaurants are closed.

The food was delicious. No indoor dining. Still completely contactless ordering and pick up.
They have a monitor/walkie talkie kind of thing set up behind plexiglass.

Mr P. And I have been craving Chinese takeout and decided to try Ruby Cafe and we're glad we did! My bean curd was perfectly cooked as were all vegetables. My veggie spring roll was crisp and flaky. Mr's General chicken was also VG.

Kitchen is as sterile as an operating room. Food has more flavor than most Chinese restaurants. By far, the best Chinese takeout in Bethlehem.
