Waitress was nice but very slow. She blamed the kitchen but when the food came to the table, it was barely warm, the butter was completely melted and the sour cream was melting and warm. She said the kitchen was backed up??? Sugar container was so dirty I blocked it with the drink menu so I wouldn't see it.

Use to be really good but has went downhill. I’ve received my rice with plastic in it and stale. The cook seems to struggle with temperatures of meat. Can’t get a steak or burger right. Burger is medium well yet came out as medium rare.

We've only been here 4 times in the last couple years and it never gets any better. During today's visit, we stopped in at dinnertime and while the place was much fuller than usual, less than 1/3 of the seats were filled. Nonetheless, service was incredibly slow. We waited about 15 minutes for the waitress to take our order and another 30 for the food to actually arrive at our table. While we waited I made a visit to the bathroom and nearly left the restaurant after doing so. The bathroom stunk of urine, my shoes stuck to the floor as I walked and the soap dispensers were empty. I suppose I should have expected it since the restaurant's tables are sticky, the floor is covering in rotting food and the woman whose job it seems to be to bus tables looked like she was praying for the grim reaper to take her away from a job she clearly detests. Either the health department was paid off to pass this place or they simply haven't been in there ever because it has never, ever been anything short of disgusting any time we have visited.
When the food finally arrived it was at room temp, so it had clearly been sitting up at the window for awhile before the waitress grabbed it. Considering the already long wait and the fact that we were a little short on time, we opted not to ask for a replacement. The food, which was served with fries, also arrived sans ketchup. The waitress said she saw it at the window, but didn't grab it. She promised she would come right back with it, but it was another 10 minutes before she returned. Each time she came to our table - from the initial order to the check - she would stop at the table behind us and make small talk with the couple there before returning to our table. She never asked us if we wanted any coffee or dessert, but she took a nasty tone when she saw we had a coupon, which meant she had to walk back up front and reprint the bill. Despite the fact that this is a very small restaurant, she seemed to be making as few trips to the kitchen as possible even if it meant leaving her customers waiting and waiting and waiting some more.
All in all, everything was bad from the service to the food to the lack of cleanliness. We won't be returning. Ever.

I haven't ate here in over 2 yrs. Glad I did today. The service was fast & the food taste good. We were satisfied with our meals and drinks. I missed their delicious Ribs.

They were short handed so we were forced to sit in a booth in the bar area instead of a table - on our last visit 2 months ago, they had lots of servers. The ribs were great, but the salad bar was very low on a lot of items - the lettuce was all "rusty" and not very appetizing. The server was attentive and friendly.

This place needs a revamp. Walked in and was seated right away because there were 6 other people in the place. Or waitress was also the bartender, she was very pleasant but was also a bit occupied by the bar. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it seemed to take forever to come seeing how there was very few people in the place.The chicken sandwich was very delightful. The place itself what very dim and dingy. There were chairs stacked in the corner by our table that made me feel like i was in a storage closet. If you can deal with the slow service and the dim dingy seating area, i can tell you that thesmeal for me was delicious.

Wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly, they make you feel at home and get to know you by name!! Salad bar ingredients were extremely fresh and what a variety. Steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful! Can't wait to walk through those doors again soon!!!

I recently visited the Bethlehem location and it was an awful experience. The service was slow- after waiting a lengthy time to be seated in the restaurant with a few seated customers, our waitress decided to seat us when it was convenient for her. I ask for water with NO lemon, she gave me lemon. After patiently waiting for her to finish her leisure conversation about personal plans with whomever, she decided to take my order. My meat was over cooked and burnt ( I can’t believe she served it). As a result, I had lost my appetite and rejected dinner all together. However, my dates meal was ok. She ate while I sat unhappy. Oh! I never saw a manger or anyone who may have cared about customer service during my visit. What a disappointment! I will not visit ever again. I’m Done!
