We ordered twisted olive and fried calamari for appetizers. Both were excellent. Additionally ordered Russian roulette martini and I highly recommend it. For entrée we both ordered the flank steak. It came with fried rice and mixed spring vegetables. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flank steak was delicious and juicy.

The old fashioned was delicious, you couldn't really taste the fig and fennel, but it did have a unique taste. The french onion soup dumplings were delicious! I can't wait to go back and pretty much order the same thing.

Excellent food. The unique menu looks fantastic and gives enough options for many more visits. The service was great and all the food was very freshly prepared. Will be back for sure

My boyfriend and I ate here on a Monday for the first time and the place was a little busy I guess. Something about the lights or the grandma’s house styled walls, or close tables made it kind of an uncomfortable time. Just very small, dark, and claustrophobic. It took over twenty minutes just to put in our drink orders in then took almost another 20 to get them just to find out they were out of what my boyfriend ordered anyway. Took so long to get our food so we just awkwardly sat there in silence most of the time thinking other tables could hear our conversations. One of the staff members smelled absolutely foul, so much so that other tables were asking us if we smelled it too. It was pretty distracting. The food was pretty good. Normal food with good sauces really. My salmon had so many bones in it that I had to stop eating it though. Paid $14 for a tiny cocktail that was pure sugar, kind of overpriced for the experience but hoping it was an off night and we can try it again maybe

I am a huge foodie and this place is phenomenal hands down best food I’ve ever had. Our table ordered six small plates (it was hard to choose they all sounded amazing) for an entree I had the barramundi and it was out of this world. There wasn’t one thing I didn’t fully enjoy! Thanks to chef Steve for the most upstanding hospitality your crew is amazing! We will definitely be back.

Cocktails are excellent and the menu is more diverse than my employer. The most equal opportunity restaurant I’ve been to in a while.

Not my first visit and won’t be my last. Great food, great presentation, great location. I’ve been to Twisted Olive for lunch and dinner. Every time has been a winner. We sat outside on the last visit. There’s plenty of room outside. W. Broad street can be kind of noisy but tolerable. Indoors, there’s a small bar area and a full dining room. I had the crab cakes, which were great. They basically flaked apart, as there was no filler. Chef Steve never disappoints and his experience is shown in the menu, the food and presentation. Been there, will be there again.

Excellent cocktails and small plates. We had a large group that arrived at different times and the staff was very accommodating. The kitchen was extremely responsive to some complicated timing requests on the food delivery. We stayed for dessert and all around had an excellent, relaxed meal. Will definitely be back!
