Brilliant, as always, too expensive sometimes, obviously, but at least they stock up, wheras since Brexit, most supermarlets cannot ecen stock up with goods made in GN??? You can pretend you are wealthy there, and put on your best clothes, , no one will know-- so long as you don't say " my card might be declined" when you get to the till. 😬🫣🤣

cleanest shop in surrounding areas, pricey but that’s expected, good customer service, cafe is relaxed and a nice environment, best groceries to cook with, most workers are very friendly - although did experience bad customer service when i was with a disabled person, they weren’t understanding when asked for help but every work place has someone who isn’t as willing to help.

Best Supermarket cafe around which was recently refilurbised with a nice personal service and a simple but appealing menu.
Park in the multistorey and you can avoid having to exit the main car park which will mean joining Berkhampstead high street.

The grocery store has lots of vegan and vegetarian items, and the cafe has quite a few vegetarian options but practically nothing vegan. Ate a hearty meal of crisps there before doing our shopping...

Quality products and great variety. The staff is polite and helpful while the shop has wide aisles giving a feeling of space.

Very helpful and super sonic fast service. I was looking for an item, the lady behind the bar communicated via Bluetooth, the other lady came in minutes of the item I was looking for. Also she gave several other option as replacement as they didn’t have and confirmed with me if that was ok. So I give 10/10 am also she was very friendly. She deserves credibility 👍🏻

Love this waitrose - love the cafe. Such a lovely relaxing place with good offers to have coffee and scone/cake regularly. Love it. Good parking for 1.5 hours.
