Kfc

Lobby closed at 3pm so went through the drive thru around 5pm. Ordered a large popcorn chicken only. After geting it at the window drove off and stopped at the red light. Looked in the box it came in nothing but FRIED CRUMBS. So I turn around and go back through the drive thru tell them I just came through and ordered a large popcorn chicken and I will need to talk to a manager. I get to the window and tell them if they dont have any popcorn chicken ready I will sit and wait I'm not paying for crumbs. She says oh well we have some ready so she gives me some "new" popcorn chicken and says do these look better and I said yes the ones on top do. So I get home pour them out on a paper towel to see what is in the box. Well looks like they put some good ones on top of the crumbs they gave me the 1st time. Nothing but hard fried crumbs, no chicken in the middle at all!! So I took pictures of it and I will be taking them back again tomorrow its after 6pm now. So don't waist your time, money or gas going to the KFC in Benton, Arkansas go somewhere else 😡 The ones on the left actually have chicken in them the ones on the right is all fried crumbs no chicken!

The Benton KFC was horrible tonight. Placed a mobile order went to pick it up and told them at the speaker that I was there to get my mobile order, they proceeded to tell me what I ordered, then I said that was not correct and that I ordered something else and they started arguing with me. We pulled up to the window and they proceeded to argue with me and I showed them my mobile receipt twice and they still wanted to argue with me. The manager was rude. Had to pull around and had to wait on the meal and drink that they didn't want to give me (which I had already paid for). Worst service tonight. I wouldn't recommend the KFC in Benton.

I came through drive through today made order of famous bowl combo. I get home the Mt. DEW I ordered was bitter, no cookie that comes with meal. The bowl looks like someone stepped on it before putting food in it. I called and spoke to manager he states he wants the food back to replace it or refund my money. I work from home I have lunch time and thats it. I have never had anyone tell me they want proof. At first I was gonna not going to go. However I decided to return no apology for anything gave me my money. Rude manager WON'T BE BACK....

This KFC, in Benton Arkansas doesn't accept coupons. So if you have a coupon and drive to their restaurant you will be disappointed. I am shocked that a store owner could attempt to benefit from the advertisement of the coupons but not share in the expense. This store is freeloading at their customers expense.
