Food excellent tho dry aging was probably not for as long as should have been so flavourful didn't quite shine, but tenderness, presentation and their attention to detail definitely shows. Wait staff knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, kids play area full of fun for the kids, staff in the area to assist when needed and very visible. Are was closed in and had o e entrance which ensures safety for children. Restaurant is able to cater for all as they have cleverly segregated the kiddie area, the main dining room has a rather upmarket ambience, while the outdoor section is relaxed and surrounds the playground which is a plus for families with children that are young.

Thank you Norma and team for hosting us and going ALL the extra miles to keep all of us happy and serving our every need. Nothing we asked was too much. From food that isn't normally on your menu to moving your tables and decor around and around again...We appreciate your friendly, patient manner with us more than we can tell. Thank you for going above and beyond!

From being a regular to visiting again as I was in the area I cannot believe how drastically the service and food has deteriorated.. there is no more friendliness, ordered starters and I had to ask the nearest staff for cutlery to actually eat with..then had to find another person to ask for serviettes .. I truly cannot believe it's the same place.. waiters and waitresses do not even acknowledge you when dropping food that you are paying a price for, at your table.... I will never come back again.. I ask a question and the waiter just point to my request....I have never been so disappointed . Not worth the money I spent at all.

The ambiance is formal and relaxed (oxymoron noted). I thought a few attention to details would have elevated the experience, medium rare should be medium rare not well done, attention to details when setting up the table like ensuring all the cutlery and serviettes are at the table needs to be sharpened. Having said which the food was good and portions were large and presentation was great especially the deserts. I would go back despite the minor errors. Lastly it's great if you have children.
