Starbucks

This location is usually good. Quick and polite service. Only messed my order up once and made it right quickly. Morning rush so it's understandable. Overall this is my preferred location due to breakfast sandwich availability. They usually have the items that are sold out elsewhere. Location is also great. Right on El Co.

So, this Starbucks is pretty great when I go in - fast, friendly, helpful. But when I order it for delivery or pick up, it is always wrong. I try not to order during busy hours, but 3 times in a row now, I've had part of my order incorrect or missing entirely. I strongly suggest just going in. It's got parking and a nice seating area anyway.

I WENT THERE JUST THE OTHER DAY AND I'VE BEEN A STARBUCKS GOLD MEMBER FOR YEARS I WENT IN THERE AND ORDERED A DOUBLE SMOKED BACON AND A HOUSE COFFEE THAT'S MY USUAL ORDER GOOD MORNING TIME THERE'S THIS HOMELESS MAN IN THERE SO SO I ASKED IF HE WAS HUNGRY ORDERED HIM THE SAME THING FINISHED MY MEAL WENT TO LEAVE ASK FOR A GLASS OF ICE WATER I THINK PUT THE ICE FIRST BECAUSE I WAS RIDING MY BIKE THE GIRL HELPING ME WHICH I BELIEVE WAS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER TELLS ME SHE DIDN'T WANT TO FILL UP THE ICE IN THE CUP BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GET HER HANDS WET AT THE SAME WAY I'VE BEEN GETTING MY WATER THERE FOR YEARS AND TO BE TREATED RUDE BY THE MANAGER BECAUSE I MADE A STATEMENT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE KIND OF BOTHERED ME AND WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT YOUR ATTITUDE WAS LIKE SO, THAT'S SAD
