Mi Tea

Most disappointing experience. I ordered Oolong tea + cheese float + Boba... There were only few people waiting in the store, but I didn't receive my drink after waiting 20 mins. I came to the counter to check my drink status. The worker looked around and promised to get it ready soon. He started to prepare my drink with blender, few minutes later, I got my drink. However, it's not what I expect... no cheese float or no boba. I asked the worker about the cheese float and boba, his answer "oh, the cheese float is already blended into the tea", and he scooped some boba into my drink. Guess why it's called "cheese float"... It is so ridiculous. Just to share one more story - when we were waiting for our drink, their workers were discussing about some "lemon tea" ordered by another customer, they have no idea how to make it so they decided just to put some random ingredients together and used their imagination. I started to feel unset and a bit sorry for that customer... This is the most unpleasant experience at Mi Tea. I used to order from them a lot but definitely not in future.

It was my first time at this place, It's beautifully designed and decorated, clean and well maintained, but not great customer service, also my smoothie instead of be smooth and soft, nice it had small small pieces of ice which I have to spited out because I can drink like that, otherwise flavor was very good, but little disappointed overall

I agree with the recent reviews that they have awful and unwelcoming customer service. The staff kept chatting with each other, going on their phones, and seemed not serious about their job. When I was in the middle of saying my order the person on the register switched 3 times. It was a very chaotic and an unorganized atmosphere. Sanitary issue: Another girl came in to start her shift but did not wash her hands and began working behind the counter. The staff with long hair did not tie their hair up. No aprons worn either. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend this spot if you prioritize cleanliness, service, and want to order multiple drinks because you’d feel like a hassle and they won’t put effort in all of them. On top of the long wait (with no line), they did not call out any names for drinks. They just placed it on the counter and I had to look at the label to see if it was mine. Drink review: You cannot change the sweetener level on Thai milk teas. It was unsweet and watered down. Did not meet my expectations. The slushy had MANY chunks of ice. I couldn’t drink half of it. Get your moneys worth at Happy Lemon instead.

Stay away from this place. I placed and paid for an online order, waited 30 minutes for it. Went to the store to ask for it, they act like they never received the order, just clueless, not even an apology. They told me to contact Chowbus to get a refund, but they wouldn’t tell Chowbus that they didn’t make the drinks. Paid for the drinks but they never made them. Normally I wouldn’t mind a few bucks, but it’s appalling how a business be so terrible and irresponsible?
