Went to drive through & got the chicken pot pie. Great choice for something a little lighter at KFC.

I used to love going here, but i am done now. The last 2 times was just awful. The first the chicken was almost burned looking and tough. Today 3 little strips that were probably left from yesterday. Tough and cold. I asked for butter and jelly for the biscuit and didn't get it. Price was almost 10 dollars. I should have gone down the st to Lee's. The had a 3 piece strip meal for 5.99. I was hoping they improved since i was there a couple months ago, but now worse. So no more....

Waited for 30 minutes just to get the wrong thing. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take that long for popcorn chicken to cook for a famous bowl.

Usually there good. But no flavor in the chicken this time. I called ahead because we got a big bucket meal. Did not want them to run out of chicken. So food was not hot. Me and my girls.

Employees either high or Just simply rude. They need a dress code unless management think it's ok or necessary for customers to know what color underwear/boxers the employee is wearing (sagging).

Poor service Laine she is a scam beware!They don’t even have half the stuff on the menu. Then they always shorts or order I would not go to this place if my life depended on it. When they do pick up the phone they don’t let you speak to the manager. Stay far away

Used to love this location but gone it has downhill recently. Hardly any sauce, for example gave us 2 for 2- 5 strip meals, fries too dry and hard to eat. Packing cold and hot together like they lack basic training

Nashville chicken is still the reason I go to KFC. I love the ability that I could pretty much order whatever chicken I want and then ask for the Nashville hot upgrade and it's a little bit more money but they'll put the sauce on everything. Another cool thing is that I drive a truck for work everyday and it's a little bit too tall for the drive-thru, but this place is cool enough that even during heightened Covid times they would let me come into the lobby and just order my food and wait for it there. Not too many places are doing this and for some reason lots of drive-thrus are shorter then 9 ft.
