This location is dishonest and will steal from you. I went in today to get something to eat. I asked for two pieces of pizza, which was listed as 2 for $2, which is what i was charged. While checking out, i noticed signs offering pizza for $0.50 per slice, in observation of "national pizza day". They charged me twice what they should have, but, I wasn't pressed over that, as i didn't go in looking for a deal. What ticks me off, spurring this review, is the clerk only put one piece in the box. I didn't realize this until i got home. I wasn't in the mood to go back to the store, especially since i know he did it on purpose. I watched him take two pieces out from the heated light box they keep them in. I don't know what he did with the other piece... Maybe he put it back for sale again? Regardless, I ended up paying four times the advertised price. He got me once, but he never will again. I don't deal with dishonest people, so i will not go back to this location.

This store overcharged me 33$ beginning of March. They know they owe me but 2.5 months later it's not in my account. I called the store today and was hung up on. When this was done he ran my card 3 times he was able to void one of the transactions. He handed me all the receipts and with a giggle he said I might need these. When their bank called the store they were told it was not a mistake, that's why my account is still 33$ less!! I was told 2 weeks ago that the money will be in my account not as of today. I will NEVER go back to this 711 I will go out if my way!! I had to give them a star in order to post.

I have been going to this location religiously, mainly due to the convenience of location, since the mid-90s. In my estimation, I have easily averaged spending over $1000 a year at this location. Ever since the latest management team has taken over, customer service has taken a tremendous hit. They don't acknowledge franchise-wide sales, even ones that are advertised in the store. I have been overcharged numerous times, this last time being told, "this is a business, we have to make money." Well, I'm taking my $1000 a year elsewhere because you overcharged me $0.60 cents now, pal. You stole money from the wrong one.
