Dunkin'

I hate to give a low rating because the one across the street used to be so great. I ordered an iced coffee from the drive thru at about 6AM and it took quite a bit of time for the coffee to get to the window. I ordered almond milk and pumpkin flavoring. I am not sure what flavoring I received and my coffee barely has milk in there, fairly disappointed in my morning coffee. Will give it a break before I am back again and hopefully they can work out the kinks.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! At some point you’d think they would get better, but the employees have no sense of urgency, and the manager is never there but maybe for an hour per day, so they say. Yesterday I was handed an extra large hot coffee through the drive through window, after being in the line for 15 minutes, and the lid was not put on tight, and the extra large hot coffee ended up all over my wife’s lap. Now I understand that mistakes happen, but would you believe that this is the second time this has happened to me at this location, the first time I wore the coffee about 5 months ago. Same employee handed it through the window. Try to talk to manager, he’s not there, and they’re not allowed to give out any contact info for him, Mr John Patel. Don’t go to this business. They don’t care about customers.

First of all, this Dunkin’s address is incorrect. This Dunkin has moved up the street a little past the wawa and The Arena Club. Second of all, this Dunkin was supposed to CLOSE AT 6p, I showed up at 5:40p, and they were closed. Lights off, 2 employees working… I caught one of them walking boxes to the trash can and I asked him “excuse me? Are you closed?” And he rudely responded “YES WERE CLOSED.” Absolutely absurd that they were closed probably at 5:30p, when the sign posted is for 6p. 🙄 Annoyed is an understatement.
