Orders placed online are always wrong — either the sauce is missing or the breakfast items are completely different from what I ordered. I could understand one or two mistakes, but this happens with every order. It’s like playing the lottery.

Just had to get someone to an osteopath and was able to park in Gregg's. Wonderful Gregg's Sausage Roll and an even better Flat White. Staff very helpful, pleasant and professional. First Class

Terrible there was nothing in stock and staff were quite rude and very slow the only thing there was were sausage rolls
