Hardee's

I was so upset with how the staff treated me! Everyone there has ALWAYS been so extremely nice and professional. I used to go there and pay a little extra just because the service was so great. After today, I will definitely be thinking twice before returning! They raised their voice at me and treated me like it was MY fault that they didn’t have what I ordered. I ordered through the app for the first time and apparently what I chose through the app and paid for was not available at this location. I understand that they cannot control the app, but there was absolutely no reason for them to treat me with such disrespect! We are all going through a hard time but everyone still deserves respect and kindness.

The food was not what we was expecting. My hot, ham n cheese sandwich was cold and rather small.. the fries were so greasy you could squeeze oil out of them. The service was appalling. They acted like if they smiled their face would crack. It was a very unpleasant visit. Needless to say I won't go back.

Don't waste your money eating at this Hardee's, they do not care about the quality of their food. You get a breakfast platter and the eggs are burnt, the hashbrowns are never cooked long enough. We just gave up on finding somewhere in Beebe Ar. that fit enough to eat at. The big surprise is that when you go to Searcy or Cabot at those Hardees the food is so much better.

I barely ever leave reviews unless they are negative ones, especially at fast food restaurants, but I think I may have had the best burger of my life from here… and I’ve had a lot of burgers. It’s 1pm on 9/5/21 and Takilyah is my cashier and she is super sweet. These people need some recognition. The kitchen staff definitely know their way around even in the after church rush.
