Had the opportunity to meet the owner of this place for my lunch trip and oh my gosh. The absolute rudest lady I've ever met. Slapped my hand for grabbing my food from the counter. Told me I wasn't getting a refill when I asked for my first one and told me I was too young to know the difference from good service and bad service. The food was decent but sawbucks is right across the street and better in every category

They messed up my whole order and then, when I went to get if fixed, she just stared at me and went to fix it, only to come back and tell me that if it was anyone else they would have charged me for a whole new burger when it was their fault that it was messed up in the first place. The customer service was terrible.

I give one star only because what they consider a gyro is not a gyro the meat is all wrong it needs to be sliced thin off of the rotisserie not "pattied" up at that point it is not even a gyro anymore. I didn't even bother ordering it at that point what a waste of time
