Easily the best fish and chip shop in Beccles.
Lovely crispy batter, fish always tastes fresh and the chips are chunky and delicious. A true gem.
You can call to preorder ( saves a long wait, they do get busy).
Very small downside would be that they currently only accept cash and no cards

Hadn't stopped here for around 6/7 years (since retirement), was on way home from Lowestoft wanting eats remembered this chippy decided to get fish n chips, wasn't disappointed they were delicious 10 out of 10.

Just had a brilliant fish and chips supper out in the garden with family. Straight from the paper.

What can I say? This place is excellent if you enjoy fish and chips fried in beef dripping. I don't personally enjoy eating here any more as I feel like I've eaten a brick afterwards, but the food is delicious at a good price and fairly quick despite it usually being queued out of the door. They also use local Seppings sausages, which is a great move.

Like someone said earlier, if there's a queue, just get in it. Best fish & chips for a long time. All fish cooked fresh so maybe 10 min wait but well worth it. Clean place with friendly staff.
