Taco Bell

Ordered KFC. Businesses should be using this time to put more pride into their establishment. There were 8 wet floor signs in various positions in the area where to order. No where was the floor wet. So we had to walk around them, actually maybe they were hoping no one would come in to order. They were in the way!!! We were kind of ignored upon entering. Finally a person came to the counter to take our order. Very sloppy dressed!! No pride how he dressed that day. Shame on a manager that would allow an employee to come to work like that. Took 20 minutes to get our order. More wings in the bucket than any other pieces of the chicken. Counted six. A chicken only has two wings last time I counted. Cole slaw was very watery. Mashed potatoes were soupy. Biscuits were hard. Lost my appetite. Don't think I will ever go to that KFC again!!

This location has been in need of renovation, and it is happening. The drive Thru has been quite slow due to high business, and the Taco Bell has relocated to the former Birdbath Car Wash, and the KFC is in the same building as only a KFC. As I am writing this, the Taco Bell is under construction. If you want Taco Bell, the nearest one is in Monaca.

I love this Taco Bell because they always get our order correct at the drive thru . They move everyone in a timely fashion, (Not to slow, Not to fast) . Order is always ready as soon as we pay. They also follow COVID guides by always having masks, always Having gloves, always collecting payment in tray and always delivering meal in tray. I would recommend this Taco Bell to everyone . I give them 5 stars for being, Awesome!! They really give you the best drive thru experience in every aspect . Time being a major factor .
