Never had any problems with getting my order fast and they make my custom drinks to perfection! Only issue I ever come across is that they typically run out of coffee (specialty ingredients)/sandwiches by the late afternoon. Also, it can get pretty busy with high-schoolers weekdays after 3:30pm so if that's an issue for you then it's best to find another location.

SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s consistent and constant, and has been for years… They move like snails and are in no rush, despite the line to the door at the register and at the counter. Not only that, but most of them act completely inconvenienced when they have to do anything extra in helping or interacting with the customers.
In short, I avoid this location at all costs. I actually go way out of my way to go to the other location by Walmart.

Went to pick up my mobile order at the counter, but my drinks were not there. It turns out someone else had taken them, but the barista made the new ones right away, apologized and even gave me a gift card for the wait/inconvenience

Store opens up at 5am I'm standing outside the door at 5:05am doors are still locked. All 3 ladies working inside see me standing outside but won't even acknowledge me. I wait another 5 minutes as they look at me and continue to pretend I'm not there. I ask when do they open and they conversate with themselves I told them I can hear them so they said in 10 min I said the sign saids you opened at 5am. They continue to ignore me so i just left. I can understand not being ready for customers but i find it extremely disrespectful to not even acknowledge someone that you looked at multiple times standing in the cold without addressing them. A simple response letting me know they won't be ready for another 20 min would work a lot better than ignoring someone for 20 min.

Definitely one of the coffee hotspots of Beaumont! The locals flock to this coffee shop by the mobs!

Very friendly service! And they were quick! But my issue is no cold sandwiches! Their front refrigeration is being fixed, I understand, but they have another in the back and they could at least still have cold sandwiches made and sit in the back refrigeration. Amazing customer service doesn't make up for the lack of menu items.
